Show Notes

Welcome to the first episode of “Selling the Dream.”  We are your hosts - Ken Jordan and Joe Iredell.  In this podcast, we will be discussing sales, success, and motivation.  Both of us are entrepreneurs with extensive backgrounds in internet marketing, consulting, sales, and small business startups.  Joe is the President of Sure Sites, Inc. in Ocean City, NJ, an internet marketing and web design company, and Ken’s background includes leading multiple successful brokerages in the role of Vice President of Lending.

We have just three rules for our guests to follow when joining us on “Selling the Dream”:

  1. You must tell the truth
  2. You must be sincere
  3. Don’t take yourself too seriously

Today our guest is River Avenue Digital CEO, Joshua Irons.  With over 18 years of experience in strategic digital and traditional marketing, he has helped grow brands and revenue for companies of all sizes.

Joe and Ken ask Josh about some of his secrets to business success as an entrepreneur, how he got started, what was his ‘why’, and how he defines happiness in his day-to-day work/life balance.
